Composition of Small Business Consortium

Laws, 1983, ch. 434, § 4; Laws, 1988, ch. 518, § 47, eff from and after July 1, 1988.

Member agencies and institutions which are included in the Small Business Consortium are as follows:

Department of Economic Development;

Governor’s Office of Federal-State Programs;

All state-supported universities; and

All public junior colleges.

Other agencies or institutions serving small business may be added or deleted from the consortium by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the consortium board.
