Requirements for pharmacist’s license for graduates of University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy; termination of provisions [Repealed effective July 1, 2020]

(1) The board shall issue a license to practice pharmacy to any person, if such person be otherwise qualified, upon presentation to the board of: Satisfactory proof that the applicant has been graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy;

(2) Written application for licensure; and

(3) Payment of all fees specified by the board for licensure.

(4) The board shall not issue any new licenses pursuant to this section after June 30, 1987.

(5) Each application or filing made under this section shall include the social security number(s) of the applicant in accordance with Section 93-11-64, Mississippi Code of 1972.
