Miss. Code Ann. § 73-24-29

Fees [Repealed effective July 1, 2020]

Known as the Mississippi Occupational Therapy Practice Act

The act spans §§ 73–73 (16 sections).

(1) The board is empowered to prescribe and publish reasonable fees for the following purposes: Application fee which is nonrefundable;

(2) Initial license fee;

(3) Renewal of license fee;

(4) Late renewal fee;

(5) Limited permit fee;

(6) Reinstatement of license fee;

(7) Inactive license fee.

(8) Such fees shall be commensurate to the extent feasible with the cost of fulfilling the duties of the board and council as defined by this chapter; however, no individual fee shall exceed One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00).

(9) Any increase in the fees charged by the board under this section shall be in accordance with the provisions of Section 41-3-65.
