Legislative intent

Known as the Occupational Board Compliance Act

The act spans §§ 73–73 (6 sections).

Laws, 2017, ch. 415, § 2, eff from and after July 1, 2017.

By establishing and executing the policies provided in this chapter, the State of Mississippi intends to ensure that occupational licensing boards and board members shall avoid liability under federal antitrust laws.
