Miss. Code Ann. § 73-75-1

Laws, 2015, ch. 415, § 2, eff from and after July 1, 2015.

In order to safeguard life, health and property, no person shall practice applied behavior analysis in this state, or use the title “Licensed Behavior Analyst” or “Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst,” unless such person has secured a license under this chapter.
