Miss. Code Ann. § 75-76-37

Notice to persons excluded or ejected; notice to all gaming licensees

Known as the Mississippi Gaming Control Act

The act spans §§ 75–75 (152 sections).

(1) Whenever the name and description of any person is placed on a list, the commission shall serve notice of such fact to such person: By personal service; or

(2) By certified mail to the last known address of such person; or

(3) By publication daily for one (1) week in one of the principal newspapers published in the county where such person resides or Jackson, Mississippi, if notice cannot be served in person or by mail.

(4) Whenever the name and description of any person is placed on a list, the commission may notify all gaming licensees of such fact.
