(1) The Third Chancery Court District is composed of the following counties: DeSoto County;

(2) Grenada County;

(3) Montgomery County;

(4) Panola County;

(5) Tate County; and

(6) Yalobusha County.

(7) The Third Chancery Court District shall be divided into two (2) subdistricts as follows: Subdistrict 3-1 shall consist of DeSoto County.

(8) Subdistrict 3-2 shall consist of Grenada County, Montgomery County, Panola County, Tate County and Yalobusha County.
