(1) The Thirteenth Chancery Court District is composed of the following counties: Covington County;
(2) Jefferson Davis County;
(3) Lawrence County;
(4) Simpson County; and
(5) Smith County.
(6) There shall be two (2) chancellors for the Thirteenth Chancery Court District. The two (2) chancellorships shall be separate and distinct and denominated for purposes of appointment and election only as “Place One” and “Place Two.”
