(1) The Eighth Circuit Court District is composed of the following counties: Leake County;

(2) Neshoba County;

(3) Newton County; and

(4) Scott County.

(5) There shall be two (2) judges for the Eighth Circuit Court District.

(6) The two (2) judgeships shall be separate and distinct and denominated for purposes of appointment and election only as “Place One” and “Place Two.”
