(1) The Twelfth Circuit Court District is composed of the following counties: Forrest County; and
(2) Perry County.
(3) There shall be two (2) judges for the Twelfth Circuit Court District. The two (2) judgeships shall be separate and distinct and denominated for purposes of appointment and election only as “Place One” and “Place Two.”
