(1) The Thirteenth Circuit Court District is composed of the following counties: Covington County;
(2) Jasper County;
(3) Simpson County; and
(4) Smith County.
(5) There shall be two (2) judges for the Thirteenth Circuit Court District. The two (2) judgeships shall be separate and distinct and denominated for purposes of appointment and election only as “Place One” and “Place Two.”
