Petition after appointment for instruction or ratification

Known as the Mississippi Guardianship and Conservatorship Act

The act spans §§ 93–93 (84 sections).

Laws, 2019, ch. 463, § 1, eff from and after January 1, 2020.

(1) A guardian or conservator may petition the court for instruction concerning fiduciary responsibility or ratification of a particular act related to the guardianship or conservatorship.

(2) On notice and hearing on a petition under subsection (1), the court may give an instruction and issue an appropriate order.
