Resolution of disputes over winnings
Laws, 2016, ch. 488, § 8; Laws, 2017, ch. 336, § 7, eff from and after July 1, 2017.
(1) Disputes over winnings shall be resolved under the procedures set forth in Sections 75-76-157 through 75-76-173.
(2) Failure to notify the executive director or patron as provided in Section 75-76-159 is grounds for disciplinary action pursuant to Section 97-33-315.
