Intimidating a juror

Laws, 2006, ch. 387, § 11; Laws, 2017, ch. 382, § 7, eff from and after July 1, 2017.

(1) A person commits the crime of intimidating a juror if he intentionally or knowingly attempts, by the use of a threat, harassment or intimidations to influence a juror’s vote, opinion, decision or other action as a juror.

(2) Intimidating a juror is a Class 1 felony.
