Prisoner to be delivered to sheriff of proper county if new trial ordered

If any person found guilty of a felony shall be in the penitentiary, and the judgment sentencing him shall be reversed and a new trial ordered, he shall be sent to the jail of the county in which he was tried by the legal authorities of the penitentiary, and delivered to the sheriff of the county.
