Local agency to contact national guard
Known as the Tactical Incident Assistance Act
The act spans §§ 10–10 (5 sections).

(1) If a tactical incident exceeds the capability of a local law enforcement agency, the agency administrator may call the national guard staff duty office for assistance as provided in 10-3-705.
(2) The national guard staff duty officer shall inform the governor of the request.
