Alternative nicotine products and vapor products -- local ordinance or resolution -- prohibition
Known as the Youth Access to Tobacco Products Control Act
The act spans §§ 16–16 (13 sections).

(1) A local government may not adopt or enforce any local ordinance or resolution that prohibits the sale of alternative nicotine products or vapor products.
(2) Subject to 16-11-311, nothing in this section may be construed to restrict a local government from enacting reasonable ordinances or resolutions relating to the sale of alternative nicotine products or vapor products.
