For the purpose of 16-4-311 and 16-4-312, the following definitions apply:
(1) "Microdistillery" means a distillery located in Montana that produces 200,000 proof gallons or less of liquor annually.
(2) "Produces" means the distillation of liquor on the premises of the distillery licensee.
