Search warrants

Upon information on oath by a department of justice investigator appointed under this code or by a peace officer showing reasonable cause to believe that alcoholic beverages are unlawfully kept, or kept for unlawful purposes, in any premises, a court may issue a warrant to authorize the investigator or peace officer or any other person named in the warrant to enter and search the entire premises, including to break open any door, lock, fastening, closet, cupboard, box, or other receptacle on the premises that might contain alcoholic beverages.
