Mont. Code Ann. § 17-5-105

Between April 23, 1981, and July 1, 1983, a governing body in connection with the issuance of bonds may, at its option, provide that such bonds shall be redeemable at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as the governing body shall deem to be in the best interest of the public, notwithstanding any statutory provision to the contrary.
