Mont. Code Ann. § 17-5-303

All of the provisions of the act authorizing the issuance of the bonds or debentures which are to be refunded, insofar as the same relate to the issuance and sale, term and rate of interest, tax levies or funds for the payment and interest thereof, and time and manner of such payments, shall apply fully to such refunding bonds or debentures, except insofar as the same may be in conflict with the provisions of this part or with the provisions of any law authorizing particular refunding bonds.
