Mont. Code Ann. § 17-5-715

If any member of the board of examiners whose signature appears on bonds, notes, or coupons issued under this part ceases to be a member before the delivery of the bonds or notes, the member's signature is valid and sufficient for all purposes, the same as if the member had remained in office until delivery.
