Limitations on payment of benefits to person causing member's death or disability

Known as the The Public Employees' Retirement Act

If a person is convicted of knowingly, purposely, or intentionally causing a member's death or disability, that person may not receive benefits or payments from a retirement system and the benefits must be payable as otherwise provided in statute.
