Mont. Code Ann. § 2-15-1734

Board of nursing

(1) thru (4)En. 82A-1602.18 by Sec. 357, Ch. 350, L. 1974; Sec. 82A-1602.18, R.C.M. 1947; (5)En. 82A-1602 by Sec. 1, Ch. 272, L. 1971; amd

(1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a board of nursing.

(2) The board consists of eight members. The members are:

(a) five registered professional nurses, including:

(i) at least one with experience in administration, teaching, or supervision in one or more schools of nursing;

(ii) at least one advanced practice registered nurse;

(iii) at least one engaged in nursing practice in a rural health care facility; and

(iv) at least one engaged in the administration, supervision, or provision of direct client care;

(b) two practical nurses; and

(c) one public member.

(3) The board is allocated to the department as prescribed in 2-15-121.
