There is a department of fish, wildlife, and parks. The department head is the director of fish, wildlife, and parks appointed by the governor in accordance with 2-15-111. The director is the secretary of the:
(1) fish and wildlife commission established in 2-15-3402; and
(2) state parks and recreation board established in 2-15-3406.
