Voting systems

Whenever a voting system, as defined in 13-1-101, is available to a district, the voting system may be used for a school election if the voting system has been approved pursuant to 13-17-101 and if the election administrator complies with the provisions of Title 13, chapter 17. In construing the provisions of that chapter, the "county governing body" and the "election administrator" are, for the purposes of this section, considered to refer to trustees and "county" is considered to refer to district.
