Mont. Code Ann. § 20-25-205

Purpose of university -- law and forestry schools

(1) The university of Montana-Missoula shall have for its purpose instruction in all the departments of science, in literature, in the arts, and in industrial and professional education.

(2) A law school is established at the university of Montana-Missoula.

(3) A forestry school is established at the university of Montana-Missoula.
