Mont. Code Ann. § 22-2-505

Waiver void -- exemption from U.C.C

(1) Any provision of a contract or agreement by which the consignor waives any provision of this part is void.

(2) This part is not subject to the provisions of Title 30, chapters 1 through 9A.
