The sheriff, constable, or levying officer to whom the execution is directed shall execute the the execution in the same manner as the sheriff or levying officer is required by the provisions of Title 25, chapter 13, to proceed upon executions. When an execution is directed to a constable, the constable is vested for that purpose with all the powers of the sheriff or levying officer.
