Conclusion of hearing -- supplemental hearing

Known as the Montana Chiropractic Legal Panel Act

(1) At the conclusion of the hearing, the panel may take the case under advisement or may request that additional facts, records, witnesses, or other information be obtained and presented to it at a supplemental hearing. The supplemental hearing must be held at a date and time no more than 30 days from the date of the original hearing, unless the claimant or the claimant's attorney consents in writing to a longer period.

(2) A supplemental hearing must be held in the same manner as the original hearing, and the parties and their attorneys may be present.
