Selection of presiding officer

Known as the Montana Medical Legal Panel Act

The act spans §§ 27–27 (38 sections).

At or prior to the time set for the hearing, the attorney members of the panel shall select a presiding officer who must be an attorney and who shall preside over the panel deliberations.
