Mont. Code Ann. § 27-6-602

Questions panel must decide

Known as the Montana Medical Legal Panel Act

The act spans §§ 27–27 (38 sections).

Upon consideration of all the relevant material, the panel shall decide whether there is:

(1) substantial evidence that the acts complained of occurred and that they constitute malpractice; and

(2) a reasonable medical probability that the patient was injured thereby.
