Mont. Code Ann. § 3-1-1506

Each judge is entitled to reimbursement for all actual and necessary travel expenses and other costs incurred in attending a course of training and education pursuant to 3-1-1502. Such reimbursement must be paid as provided for in 3-10-203 and 3-11-204.
