Mont. Code Ann. § 30-12-304

A commodity in package form may not be wrapped or in a container made, formed, or filled so as to mislead the purchaser as to the quantity of the contents of the package. The contents of a container may not fall below a reasonable standard of fill which may be prescribed for that commodity by the department.
