Impersonation of officer -- penalties

A person who in any way impersonates a person charged with enforcement of parts 1 through 5 by the department, by the use of its seal or a counterfeit of its seal or in any other manner, is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 1 year or both fined and imprisoned.
