Destruction of food

It is unlawful for any person to destroy or to withhold from sale for a period of time which makes it necessary to destroy, in restraint of trade, any fish, fowl, animal, vegetable, or other product or article which is customary or proper food for human beings and is in fit sanitary condition to be used as such.
