Mont. Code Ann. § 30-14-704

Any person or the officers or directors of any corporation, cooperative association, or any other association of any kind or character found guilty of the violation of the provisions of 30-14-701 through 30-14-704 shall be subject to imprisonment in the state prison for a term of not less than 90 days or more than 3 years or by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $1,000 or both such fine and imprisonment.
