Securities exemptions

Known as the Financial Freedom and Innovation Act

The act spans §§ 30–30 (9 sections).

(1) A business offering to provide staking as a service for individuals or to other businesses may not be considered as offering a security or investment contract pursuant to state securities laws.

(2) Nothing in this part may preclude the commissioner from instituting appropriate proceedings against a business or individual that falsely claims to be offering staking as a service.
