License renewal fee
Known as the Montana Deferred Deposit Loan Act
The act spans §§ 31–31 (24 sections).

(1) A person licensed under 31-1-705 shall pay an annual license renewal fee of $500 for each license that the person holds under this part.
(2) The department may direct that fees due the department under subsection (1) be remitted to the department through a nationwide licensing system.
