Mont. Code Ann. § 31-3-121

Disclosures to governmental agencies

Notwithstanding the provisions of 31-3-111, a consumer reporting agency may furnish identifying information respecting any consumer, limited to the consumer's name, address, former addresses, places of employment, or former places of employment, to a governmental agency.
