Mont. Code Ann. § 33-11-101

The purpose of this part is to regulate the formation and operation of risk retention groups and purchasing groups in this state formed pursuant to the provisions of the federal Liability Risk Retention Act of 1986 (15 U.S.C. 3901, et seq.).
