Upon a limited lines travel insurance producer meeting the requirements provided for in 33-17-1402, a travel retailer is authorized to offer and disseminate travel insurance and receive related compensation when the travel retailer's insurance-related activities and those of its employees and authorized representatives are limited to offering and disseminating travel insurance on behalf of and under the direction of the limited lines travel insurance producer.
