Restrictions on insurers recommended by licensee

Known as the The Montana Insurance Consultant Licensure Act

The act spans §§ 33–33 (11 sections).

A person licensed as an insurance consultant under this part may not recommend or encourage the purchase of insurance, annuities, or securities from an authorized insurer in which the person or any member of the person's immediate family holds an executive position or holds a substantial interest.
