Refund for expunged record

Known as the Montana Use of Credit Information in Personal Insurance Act

An insurance company that charges an additional premium based on insurance points assessed against a policyholder as a result of a charge or conviction that was expunged because of identity theft pursuant to 46-24-219 shall refund the additional premiums to the policyholder upon notification and verification of the expungement.
