Mont. Code Ann. § 33-2-1138

(1) Any insurer failing to timely file the ORSA summary report shall be fined no more than $500 for each day's delay, up to a maximum penalty of $25,000.

(2) The commissioner shall collect the fine and deposit the money in the state general fund.
