Disposition of records during and after liquidation

Known as the Insurers Supervision, Rehabilitation, and Liquidation Act

When it appears to the commissioner that the records of any insurer in the process of liquidation or completely liquidated are no longer useful, the commissioner may recommend to the court and the court shall direct which records should be retained for future reference and which should be destroyed.
