Mont. Code Ann. § 33-22-511

Notwithstanding any provision of Title 33 or other law to the contrary, it shall be lawful for an insurer and insured to agree to any terms in an insurance contract that provides more favorable terms for the benefit of the insured than authorized in Title 33 or other provisions of law.
