In addition to any other penalties for violations of the insurance code, the commissioner may after hearing require issuers violating any provision of or rule adopted under Title 33, chapter 16, or this part to cease marketing a medicare supplement policy or certificate in this state that is related directly or indirectly to the violation or take action that is necessary to comply with the provisions of Title 33, chapter 16, or this part or the rules adopted under Title 33, chapter 16, or this part, or both.
