A captive insurance company may not join or contribute financially to any plan, pool, association, or guaranty or insolvency fund in this state, and a captive insurance company, its insureds, its parent, any affiliated company, or any member of an association may not receive any benefit from the plan, pool, association, or guaranty or insolvency fund for claims arising out of the operations of the captive insurance company.
