Associations exempt from antimonopoly provisions

Known as the Cooperative Marketing Act

The act spans §§ 35–35 (40 sections).

Associations executing marketing contracts in compliance with the provisions of this chapter shall not be deemed to be a conspiracy, a combination in restraint of trade, or an illegal monopoly or trust in an attempt to lessen competition or fix prices arbitrarily.
